Bonfire Unleashes "Lost All Control": A Powerful Preview of "Higher Ground"

German hard rock veterans Bonfire have released their latest single "Lost All Control" on January 6, 2025, marking the third glimpse into their highly anticipated album "Higher Ground," set to drop on January 24, 2025, via Frontiers Music Srl.

"Lost All Control" showcases Bonfire's signature blend of melodic hard rock with a contemporary edge. The track is part of the album that features eleven songs blending the band's classic sound with modern production values.

Originally founded as Cacumen in 1972 by guitarist Hans Ziller, the band rebranded as Bonfire in 19861. Their breakthrough came with "Don't Touch the Light" in 1986, followed by "Fireworks" in 1987, which cemented their status in the rock and metal scene.

Guitarist Hans Ziller, the band's founder, expresses his enthusiasm: "The new Bonfire album is a masterpiece. Bonfire has reinvented themselves with 'Higher Ground', never neglecting their virtues – fat hard guitars, incredible solos, great choir passages and stirring vocals. The band plays as one and is at its best.

With "Lost All Control" and the upcoming "Higher Ground" album, Bonfire continues to demonstrate their enduring relevance in the hard rock scene, blending their classic sound with contemporary themes and production techniques. The band has remained a resilient force in hard rock, continuing to tour and release new material well into the 21st century.
