German thrash metal pioneers Destruction have released their new single "Destruction" on November 14, 2024. The track serves as the first taste of their upcoming album "Birth of Malice," set to be released in March 2025 via Napalm Records.
"Destruction" kicks off the band's "WEEK OF DESTRUCTION" campaign, building anticipation for their new album. The song is described as a "neckbreaker" that adheres to the band's traditional thrash metal style, promising an intense and aggressive listening experience for fans.
As one of the "Big Teutonic Four" alongside Kreator, Sodom, and Tankard, Destruction continues to solidify their legacy in the thrash metal genre. The release of "Destruction" comes on the heels of the band celebrating the 40th anniversary of their first mini-album "Sentence of Death."
While specific tour dates for promoting "Birth of Malice" have not been announced, Destruction recently completed a tour through South America, with performances in São Paulo, Brazil, and Panama City, Panama.
