Disentomb Returns with New EP "Nothing Above" and Announces Australian Tour for October 2024
Australian brutal death metal band Disentomb is set to release their new EP "Nothing Above" on October 18, 2024. This release marks a significant return for the band, following their successful co-headline Australian tour and coinciding with the celebration of 10 years since their iconic album "Misery".
To support the EP's release, Disentomb has announced a three-date Australian tour. The band will perform at Stay Gold in Melbourne on Friday, October 18, followed by shows at Crowbar in Sydney on Saturday, October 19, and The Brightside in Brisbane on Sunday, October 20.
The tour will feature an impressive lineup of supporting acts. American death metal veterans Internal Bleeding will join Disentomb on all dates, along with Honest Crooks and Deliquesce. Each city will also see performances from local acts: Threshold in Melbourne, Trenchknife in Sydney, and Crave Death in Brisbane.
Formed in Brisbane in 2009, Disentomb has established themselves as a formidable force in the extreme metal scene. The band has toured with notable acts such as Cannibal Corpse, The Black Dahlia Murder, and Thy Art Is Murder, solidifying their reputation in the brutal death metal genre.
