DOMINUM Unleashes New Single "We Are Forlorn" from Upcoming Album "The Dead Don't Die"
German zombie metal sensation DOMINUM has released their latest single "We Are Forlorn" on December 5, 2024, offering fans a taste of their highly anticipated second album "The Dead Don't Die," set to drop on December 27, 2024, via Napalm Records.
"We Are Forlorn" serves as the album's opening track, setting a dark and dramatic tone for the journey ahead. The song showcases DOMINUM's evolution towards a heavier, more bombastic sound while maintaining their signature blend of horror-inspired lyrics and theatrical performances.
Dr. Dead, the band's frontman, describes the single: "Something wicked has awakened. My zombies are more dangerous, more terrifying, and filled with new power. 'We Are Forlorn' - yet we rise united".
"The Dead Don't Die" follows DOMINUM's successful debut "Hey Living People," which charted in the top 20 of the Official German Album Charts in 20233. The new album, mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen (known for his work with Volbeat, Arch Enemy, and Evergrey), promises to deliver an even more intense listening experience.
Since their formation in 2023, DOMINUM has quickly risen to prominence, supporting major acts like Bruce Dickinson, Avantasia, and Feuerschwanz, and performing at festivals such as Graspop and Rock Harz.
Fans can look forward to DOMINUM's first full headlining tour, kicking off in late December to support the album's release14. The band is also confirmed for their debut performance at Wacken Open Air in the summer of 2025.
