Gloryhammer Announces New Track "He Has Returned"
Gloryhammer released their new track "He Has Returned" on November 29, 2024. The song continues the story of the fan-favorite character, the Robot Prince of Auchtertool, and combines pounding heavy metal, uplifting electro-synths, and devastating dual guitars with masterful songwriting and sing-along choruses.
The track is produced by a team that includes George Lever, known for his work with Loathe and Sleep Token, and Jacob Hansen, who has worked with Amaranthe, Powerwolf, and Volbeat. "He Has Returned" marks a new sonic direction for the band while retaining their trademark elements.
This single release also includes new versions of the fan-favorite tracks "The Unicorn Invasion of Dundee" and "Hootsforce," giving these classics a fresh production.
Gloryhammer has announced several upcoming tour dates to support the release. The tour kicks off on December 28 at No Sleep After Xmas in Runkel, Germany, followed by shows across the UK and Ireland in January and February 2025.
The band will then head to South America in April, with performances in Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil. European festival appearances are scheduled for summer 2025, including Into The Grave in the Netherlands, Copenhell in Denmark, Rock Imperium in Spain, Rock Harz in Germany, and Baltic Open Air in Germany.
