Impending Doom, the renowned Christian deathcore band, is set to release their latest EP "Towards the Light" on February 7, 2025. This five-track offering includes the powerful new song "WILL YOU SEE GOD?", showcasing the band's signature blend of brutal deathcore elements and profound spiritual themes.

Under the skilled production of Cody Stewart, who handled both mixing and mastering duties, "Towards the Light" promises to deliver the raw intensity and pristine clarity that defines Impending Doom's sound. While specific lyrical content remains under wraps, the EP's title and track names suggest a continued exploration of faith-based existential themes, staying true to the band's spiritual roots.

Building anticipation for the EP, Impending Doom dropped two singles, "Punishment" and "Christ is King," on January 3, 2025, followed by the title track "Towards the Light". Fans can experience the band's latest material live at the Regent Theatre on April 4, 2025, where they'll perform alongside established favorites from their extensive catalog.

Since their formation in 2005, Impending Doom has remained a formidable force in the Christian deathcore scene. Their artistic evolution has been marked by consistent releases, including the independently produced 2023 EP "Last Days," the 2021 EP "Hellbent," and their 2018 full-length release "The Sin And Doom Vol II". With "Towards the Light," the band continues to honor their roots while pushing the boundaries of their genre.
