The song "The Way I Am" follows Kaosis' sophomore album titled "We Are the Future," which was released on December 5, 2024. This album marks a significant evolution in the band's sound, introducing larger dynamics and melodic vocals to their repertoire.
The production of the album involved collaboration with industry heavyweights, including Logan Mader (ex-Machinehead, Soulfly) for amp engineering and mastering by the legendary Howie Weinberg, known for his work on iconic albums like Nirvana's "Nevermind" and Metallica's "Master of Puppets."
Kaosis' music is characterized by a blend of industrial metal, horror-core, DnB, and dubstep, creating a unique and intense sound.
