Our Mirage Drops New Track "Fractured"
Our Mirage released their latest single "Fractured" in December 2024, marking a significant evolution in their sound. The track features a heavier, more intense sonic landscape with a notable brutal breakdown that represents a departure from their previous work.
Prior to "Fractured," Our Mirage released the single "Right Now" in September 2024 through Arising Empire. The track showcases a bolder side of the band, accompanied by a music video that demonstrates their musical complexity and visual storytelling abilities.
Formed in 2017 in Marl, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, Our Mirage consists of Timo Bonner (vocals), Steffen Hirz (guitars), Manuel Möbs (bass), and Daniel Maus (drums). The band's music traditionally addresses themes such as depression, anxiety, and bullying, combining elements of melodic hardcore and post-hardcore with alternative rock influences.
Our Mirage is currently touring Europe as special guests on Dead By April's The Affliction Europe Tour 2024, performing at notable venues including Prague's MeetFactory, Warsaw's Proxima, and multiple sold-out shows in Germany. Their performances span across various European cities, demonstrating their growing international presence in the post-hardcore scene.
The band's journey from their early days has shown consistent growth, with their sound evolving from their debut album "Lifeline" through "Unseen Relations" and "Eclipse." Their latest material, including "Fractured," represents a conscious push toward heavier, more intense musical territory while maintaining their signature emotional depth.
