Relics of Humanity Ends Hiatus with New Single "Smoldering Of Seraphim"

Relics of Humanity, the Brutal Death Metal quartet from Minsk, has broken their musical silence with the release of "Smoldering Of Seraphim" on November 29, 2024. This track serves as the first single from their upcoming album "Absolute Dismal Domain," marking the band's return to original work after a lengthy hiatus.

"Smoldering Of Seraphim" is part of a conceptual album that delves into themes of "absolute ubiquitous annihilation of light, both spiritually (god) and physically (sun and stars)." The band describes the album as the "most brutal stuff about blackness and ungodliness ever created."

The production of "Smoldering Of Seraphim" and the entire "Absolute Dismal Domain" album has guitarist Sergey "Siarhei" Liakh taking on multiple roles, as he fully composed (music, concept and lyrics), mixed, and mastering the album. Liakh also created the artwork using oil paints.

"Absolute Dismal Domain" is Relics of Humanity's first collection of original material since 2019's Obscuration EP and the band's first full-length album since 2014's "Ominously Reigning Upon The Intangible".

Relics of Humanity consists of Sergey Liakh on guitars, Pavel Lapkovskiy on bass, Vladislav Vorozhtsov on drums, and Flo Butcher handling vocal duties. Together, they have crafted this new material that signals their resurgence in the Brutal Death Metal scene.
