Softspoken Unveils New Track "Invincible"
Softspoken released their new single "Invincible" on December 10, 2024, as part of the promotion for Season 3 of the animated series Invincible on Prime Video. The song was produced by Cameron Mizell and Chris Wethington, with the band describing it as "the perfect song to get you amped up for Season 3 of Invincible!"
Softspoken is a five-piece band from Cincinnati, Ohio, consisting of Sam Scheuer (vocals), Chris Wethington (guitar), Robbie Valdez (guitar), Dylan Carter (bass/vocals), and Kevin Potts (drums). They describe their sound as "modern post-hardcore," blending elements of hard rock and metal. The band's musical style is influenced by the late 2010s scene, particularly the Warped Tour era, which continues to shape their approach to writing and performing.
In 2024, Softspoken has been working on their upcoming EP "Martyr," set to release on February 21, 2025. Leading up to this release, the band has dropped a number of singles throughout the year, including "Oblivion," "Closer" and "Throw Me Your Roses."
