Thundermother has released a new track, "Take the Power", from their album "Dirty & Divine," released on February 7, 2025, via AFM Records. Delving into the song's meaning, guitarist Filippa Nässil explains, "Take The Power is basically saying that things are shit in the world right now and we've got to do something about it." This bold statement reflects the band's commitment to addressing contemporary issues through their music.

The release comes amid significant changes for Thundermother, following their 2023 lineup transformation. The revamped ensemble features Linnea Vikström Egg commanding lead vocals, Joan Massing behind the drums, and Majsan Lindberg on bass, while Filippa Nässil continues as the band's founding guitarist. This dynamic new configuration signals an exciting evolution in the group's musical journey.

Supporting their latest material, Thundermother has announced an ambitious tour schedule spanning 11 countries with 26 upcoming performances. German fans can anticipate explosive shows in Hamburg and Cologne, among other cities. The band's momentum continues to build following their November 3, 2023 release of "I Left My License In The Future," which demonstrated their artistic growth.
