Thundermother Unveils New Single "Bright Eyes" Ahead of Upcoming Sixth Album Release

Swedish rock quartet Thundermother has kicked off 2025 with the release of their new single "Bright Eyes" on January 3, marking the latest offering from their highly anticipated sixth studio album, "Dirty & Divine," set to drop on February 7, 2025, via AFM Records.

"Bright Eyes" showcases the quintessential Thundermother sound, blending their signature '70s-inspired hard rock with catchier melodies and a fresh vocal approach. This latest single follows previously released tracks from the upcoming album, including "Speaking of the Devil," "I Left My License in the Future," and "So Close."

"Dirty & Divine" marks a significant milestone for Thundermother, featuring the recording debut of new members Vikström Egg and Massing, while also welcoming back bassist Lindberg. The album, produced by Søren Andersen in Copenhagen, was recorded live in the studio, capturing the raw energy and authenticity of the band's performance. Nässil describes the album as their best work to date, highlighting its quick recording process of eight songs in just four days.

The 10-track album promises a blistering onslaught of loud, proud, and gritty hard rock, maintaining the band's commitment to organic rock 'n' roll while pushing their sound forward. The tracklist includes songs like "Can't Put Out The Fire," "Take The Power," and "American Adrenaline," showcasing the band's range and evolution.

In addition to "Bright Eyes," Thundermother released another single, "Dead Or Alive," on November 15, 2024. This track explores themes of seasonal melancholy and existential questioning, demonstrating the band's ability to connect with listeners on a deeper level.

To support the release of "Dirty & Divine," Thundermother has announced an extensive European tour scheduled to kick off in Hamburg, Germany, in early 2025. This tour will give fans the opportunity to experience the new lineup and material live, further cementing Thundermother's reputation as one of the most vivacious and vital hard rock bands in the current music scene.
