Ukrainian Metal Band Jinjer Drops Kafka, First Track from Upcoming Album Duél
Ukrainian metal band Jinjer has released "Kafka," a new track from their upcoming fifth studio album, Duél. The song dropped on October 23, 2024, coinciding with the announcement of the album, which is slated for release on February 7, 2025, through Napalm Records.
"Kafka" draws inspiration from the absurdist concepts found in the works of Austrian-Czech author Franz Kafka, suggesting a thematic connection to his literary legacy. This track serves as the first glimpse into Duél, Jinjer's latest offering since their 2021 album Wallflowers.
Known for their progressive and djent-influenced sound, Jinjer continues to solidify their position as modern progressive leaders in the metal genre with this new release. Duél represents the band's fifth studio album, marking another chapter in their musical evolution.
